The scale-up plant effectively transforms laboratory samples into a full-line production in the synthesis plant. Here, reactors with volumes between 50L and 200 L supply products ranging from several kilograms to hundreds of kilograms. Locating in a separate building,the scale-up plant assures that all safety protections are carried out in a safe production environment.

Currently productive capabilities include 80 reactors with volumes ranging from 50L to 5000L, and temperatures ranging from -30°C to +300°C, with a vacuum up to 50 Pascal.
Well-trained operators comply with the optimized SOP to provide high-quality products on schedule on the basis of quality control, environmental protection, safety, health of operators and management.
More production facilities will be implemented with conformity to cGMP requirements.

Optimization of purification has been accomplished. The combination of vacuum distillation, recrystallization and column separation offers us final products with high GC or HPLC results and high resistivity.

Hydrogenation is carried out in 10 autoclaves with total volumes about 12,000L, up to pressure 10 mPa and temperature 250°C. |
